Mokokchung, 6 July (MTNews): Aimed at addressing the water scarcity issue in Majakong Ward, Mokokchung Town, Rev P Chuba Jamir, the Associate Pastor of Mokokchung Town Baptist Arogo, inaugurated a well on 6 July. The inauguration ceremony was marked by a solemn prayer, seeking divine blessings for the well’s functionality and its positive impact on the community.
Among those present at the event were Marchiba Imchen, Chairman of Majakong Ward, along with the ward council members and ward elders. The spring well project was made possible through the assistance of the 15th Finance Commission’s tied grant.
