R&M Stay, a new hospitality venture, has opened its doors in Tzüsapang Sector, Mokokchung, opposite Woodland Nursing Home, offering a combination of services including a men’s PG (paying guest) facility, short-stay lodging for both men and women, and a public restaurant serving authentic Ao Naga cuisine.
Tailored for students and working men, the PG section provides a comfortable and affordable long-term stay option. Meanwhile, the lodging facility welcomes travelers of all genders, making it a versatile choice for both locals and visitors.
A standout feature of R&M Stay is its Ao Naga cuisine restaurant, which operates from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and is open to everyone. The restaurant offers a curated selection of traditional Ao Naga dishes and is available for dine-in, family dinner reservations, and takeaway services. With an emphasis on homely cooking and local ingredients, the restaurant aims to preserve and promote Ao Naga culinary heritage.
Speaking to MT, the proprietors shared that their aim is to blend functionality with cultural identity.
“We wanted to create a space where people can find comfort – whether it’s a student needing a place to stay, a traveler passing through, or someone looking to enjoy a traditional Ao meal with their family,” they said.
With its unique blend of services under one roof, R&M Stay seeks to become a warm, welcoming hub in the heart of Mokokchung.
