The Rotary Club of Mokokchung is constructing a new traffic island at Rotary Junction, Mokokchung town, the works of which began on 3 March 2024.
It has been learned that the Rotary Club of Mokokchung is building the traffic island in response to a request from the Mokokchung Traffic Police and the district administration. The intersection of NH-2 and Mariani Road at the junction has become a major traffic point in the town, necessitating the need for the traffic island to enhance traffic control. (MTNews)
