The 2nd Winter Carnival, organized by the Sangtemla Youth Association at the Town Hall, was inaugurated on Wednesday by Lanusunep, Chief Agent to the NLA Speaker.
According to the organizers, the carnival’s revenues would benefit underprivileged children’s academics, boost youth sports activities, and be used in ward decorations.
The carnival includes food and game stalls as well as a kids section and tamboola. There is also a live musical segment with ‘The Oldies (1st Night),’ ‘Various Artists (2nd Night),’ and ‘Alika Group’ on the third night.
