Inspired by the success stories of food catering services in town,’Tastebuds‘ came into existence with
Moasenla Aier of Aongza Ward at the wheel.

In a conversation with Mokokchung Times, Moasenla admits of being aware that the volume of competition in the food catering business is very high; and confessed that she felt a sense of trepidation just thinking about starting her own business.

“Starting out as a dilettante at business management or so forth, I’m aware of the challenges, risks and difficulties it might entail, but my heart is set on this,” says the lady, out on a mission to satiate your taste buds.

She is determined and knows what she is doing. “Like the old adage goes, the way into a man’s heart is through his belly. I concur, it applies to every human in existence. Truly!” she confides.

“But with a new start up in motion, Tastebuds was set on making and serving food, albeit no home deliveries as of now,” she confides.

When inquired about her food catering business plan, she replied that as a starter,”concept and cloud kitchen notion was a cost-effective way to maintain business continuity, produce full productivity, expand customer reach, work in tranquility and work through its potentiality.”

“For a business like ours, online social media platform crystallizes the situation by spreading the good word and making a larger audience become aware about the existence of my page and business. The food and items used and served are of good quality, hygienic and fresh,” she responded with a positive tone.

On being asked about her plans to reach to the masses, Moasenla answered that since there are no food delivery partners available in town, at the moment, it is rather challenging to get the food delivered to her clients’ doorsteps.

She further added that, in time, Tatsebuds hope to reach a greater number of clients. She also hopes for witnessing a “convalescence in our customer and food delivery service.”

Exuding unbridled optimism, Moasenla believes that “the process is the prize” and that tough phases teach life lessons. “I hope to see Tastebuds becoming a household name someday,” the gritty lady held.
