When asked why he opted to run a food stall, he answered that there aren’t many street food stalls in Mokokchung and added that his desire and enthusiasm were the driving force behind his choice. “I decided to build one that would provide customers delectable treats,” he remarked. “I’ve been running the stall for the past two months,” he added.
Imli’s booth, located next to the main traffic police point in Mokokchung Town, sells blood sausage and egg rolls for Rs. 30 apiece, respectively. He makes earnings of about Rs. 500 per day from his food sales and he frequently gets satisfactory reviews from his buyers. Imli claims that he also has plans to add a new delicacy after considering consumer preferences. On the schedule of his business, he stated that, with the exception of Sundays, he generally opens his stall at 9:00 in the morning and closes once all of the food stuff is sold.
