The Department of School Education, Longleng, in collaboration with the Phom People’s Council and the Phom Baptist Christian Association (PBCA), organized a seminar on Phom Literature on 24th March 2025 at the PBCA Hall, Longleng.
Dr. B. Henshet Phom, Vice Principal of Yingli College, Longleng, served as the resource person and spoke on the topic “Importance of Language.” Bongshen Phom, Secretary of the Phom Literature Board, shared insights and spoke on “Spelling Pattern One,” while P. Henyei Phom, a member of the Phom Literature Board (PLB), gave a PowerPoint presentation on spelling patterns.
The programme commenced with a short speech by DEO Longleng, Tinumayang, and President of the Phom People’s Council, Y.B. Angam Phom.
