Mokokchung, 5 June (MTNews): The Ao Senden conducted a one-day seminar for Ao subject teachers on the theme “Standardization of Ao Language Spelling” at Aor Kilem Hall which was attended by 34 Ao subject teachers from various educational institutions.
The seminar was conducted on Tuesday under the aegis of the Ao Senden office as the erstwhile Ao Senden Literature Board (ASLB) have been dissolved while the composition of its successor, the proposed Ao Academy, is still under process. The workshop that was held today was planned ahead by ASLB but had to be conducted during the transition period.
President of Ao Senden, Chubawati Longchar delivered an exhortation while Dr L Temjen Jamir moderated the seminar where Dr Lanurenla and I Temjen Tzüdir were the resource persons.
