The Sodexo Hotel Management F&B Training was launched today at the Skill Development Centre in Tchuyiro Colony, Wokha. The event began with an invocation and dedication prayer by Myingthungo, Associate Pastor of Police Baptist Church, Wokha. Yanrenthung Humtsoe, Chairman of the MSME Promotion Council of India for Wokha District, officially inaugurated the centre by cutting the ribbon.
Speaking at the function, Yanrenthung Humtsoe stated that the hospitality industry offers lifelong opportunities, as there is no retirement for those willing to work. He highlighted adaptability to new work environments as a key challenge and encouraged students to make firm decisions in accepting challenges that would define their ability to deliver quality service.
Additionally, Orenpomo Humtsoe, District Planning Officer, urged trainees to be hardworking and diligent in order to achieve success. Wokhathung Tsopoe, Chairman of the Colony, appreciated Team Metamorphosis for bringing such a beneficial training program to the community. He encouraged the trainees to make the most of the opportunity but also warned that those who lack determination should resign immediately to avoid disrupting others.
Welcoming the gathering, Dr. Thungdemo Kyong, Chief of Team Metamorphosis, provided a detailed presentation on Sodexo, the company facilitating this training, and the career prospects available to dedicated and diligent trainees. Zuchanthung Ezung, Commissioner of Bharat Scouts, Wokha District, acknowledged the invitees and well-wishers, while Achanbeni Kikon, Secretary General of Team Metamorphosis, and Wonchio Odyuo, Finance & Accounts Head, led the short program.
