Soundscape Enterprise, under the aegis of the Growth Centre Society, successfully held a free music workshop on April 19, aiming to nurture young talent and equip aspiring musicians with knowledge and practical skills to grow in their craft. The initiative was met with enthusiasm and concluded on a high note.

The workshop featured three accomplished resource persons. Panger Jamir, Assistant Pastor of MTBA and music director with over a decade of experience, who studied at the Nagaland Conservatory of Music (NCM), Dimapur. Arenlong, a seasoned guitarist and composer, who currently endorses renowned brands like Strandberg Guitars, S.I.T Strings, and Hotone Audio. The third was Sentiyala Jamir, a pianist and music instructor with a Bachelor’s degree in music from the Bangalore Conservatory of Music, specializing in piano and music education.

The event drew an overwhelming response, with over 50 participants registering—exceeding the expectations of the organisers. It also received positive feedback from parents and well-wishers, who appreciated the initiative and its potential impact on the local music community.

With such a turn up and positive feedback, the team is determined to organize more workshops in the future so that young talents and music lovers in general can benefit from such sessions and interactions.
