Mokokchung, 1 December (MTNews): Following the directives of the three-member Committee led by Justice Gita Mittal (Retd.), appointed by the Supreme Court of India in its order dated 7 August, a crucial announcement has been made to aid Manipuri students facing adversity in other states.

Manipuri students who are dependent on parents or guardians that have been displaced, experienced property destruction, or are currently residing in relief camps have been officially notified that they can seek assistance in matters related to security, education, residence, and any other issues.

To seek assistance from Nagaland, the students have been advised to reach out to Victo Sema, the Member Secretary of the Nagaland State Legal Services Authority. Sema’s office is located at the Top Floor of the KDPA Building, DC Office Compound, Kohima.
