In a spectacular grand finale event held on 12th November 2022 at Hotel Acacia Dimapur, 21-year old Techano Murry , a student of Immanuel College Dimapur, won the 1st ever Kats Collection Top Model 2022. She walked away with cash prize, cosmetic gift hampers from Kats Collection Cosmetics, a sponsored trip to Thailand and international photo-shoot with ace photographer.
In the event there were Top 05 finalists who were chosen from 22 candidates from the audition and elimination rounds that started from 15th October 2022.
Thaichuiliu from Peren district also won the subtitle of Miss Congeniality along with a cash prize, sash and gift hampers from Kats Collection Cosmetic. The Grand Finale Juries were Brand Head Visituonuo Rio, Singer Kuvelu Tetseo and Fashion Model/Mister International India 2012/Brand Ambassador Liamtra App Opang Jamir.
Brand Head Keneivor Rio informed at his vote of thanks speech said that next season of Kats Collection Top Model will be a reality show with several episodes along with tasks and challenges in each episode. It shall be telecast on YouTube, social media and OTT platforms. He mentioned that the season-2 will be “bigger, better and bolder.” Audition dates will be given in the official page of Kats Collection on Instagram.
The event curators were Sholo Thong and Mary Kent, and the Creative Director & Choreographer was Fashion Model Opang Jamir.
