Mokokchung, 20 December (MTNews): The Temulunger Telok has informed that the 6th Inter-Ward Beat Contest (Battle of the Bands), will be held on December 22, 2023, at Town Hall, Mokokchung. This year’s contest will feature a concert with Tiameren Aier, and Toshi and the band, the group informed in a press release.
It was also informed that the beat contest is scheduled for the afternoon with the finale set to take place in the evening alongside the concert. Cash prizes and certificates will be awarded to the winners of the Beat Contest.
As an annual musical event, the Inter-Ward Beat Contest attracts participation from all wards in Mokokchung town. Tickets for the evening concert, priced at Rs 300, will be available at the gate.
