Kohima, November 2 (MTNews): The Tenyidie vernacular newspaper daily, Capi, will mark its silver jubilee on November 9 at 2:00 PM at Ura Academy in Kohima.
The program will be organized under the aegis of Ura Academy Tenyidie Kerüvuo Houdo (a committee of safeguarding Tenyidie language), according to a press release issued by Ura Academy’s social media wing on Wednesday.
Dr Shürhozelie Liezietsu, President of Ura Academy, will release the Souvenir and deliver a speech on the occasion, as will Thenucho Tunyi, member of the organizing committee.
Alice Yhoshü, President of the Kohima Press Club (KPC) will extend greetings, and Mhalezolie Kire, editor and publisher of Capi, will deliver a speech.
Meanwhile, special songs will be presented by Methaneilie Jütakhrie, Southern Angami Cultural Society, Keneisedenuo and friends and CYE, CRC Kohima Village.
