Pretending uncomfortable realities do not exist may offer short-term relief, but it corrodes the moral fabric that binds communities together.
Courage is required to confront truth. It demands honesty with oneself, the willingness to endure discomfort, and the moral strength to act rightly despite fear or criticism. Embracing truth allows people to grow in character, repair what is broken, and live with integrity. Accepting reality, however difficult, is essential for both personal and societal well-being.
