Mokokchung, November 9 (MTNews): Nagaland Minister for PWD (Housing & Mechanical), Tongpang Ozukum on Wednesday inaugurated the new Community Hall at Yaongyimti (Old) village.

 

 

Speaking at the inaugural program, the minister said that the community hall was a much needed infrastructure for the village which he had assured to complete before December 2022.

He also thanked Chief Minister for coming up with the concept of creating Iconic Projects in all the assembly constituencies and through which the new community hall at Yaongyimti village could also be constructed.

The minister said that the community hall project which was funded by the state government under Iconic Project was completed in seven months time with a cost of Rs. 25 lakhs.

A. Kumzuk, GB, Yaongyimti village council, while delivering his speech thanked the minister and the present government under Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio for the huge developmental opportunity offered to the village.

Earlier, the program was chaired by C. Moasenla, Youth Director and invocation was pronounced by C. Anungla, Associate Pastor. Nungshimangyang, President NDPP 24 Angetyongpang AC presented the Community Hall construction report and R. Moa, Pastor delivered the benediction.

The Minister was accompanied by 24 Angetyongpang CEB member, Region officials and other Assembly Constituency Unit leaders.
