Lumami, 24 November (MTNews): The inauguration of the Toti-la Marketing Shed cum Sales Day at Nagaland University Headquarters Lumami was held on November 24, 2023. “This landmark event is a testament to the commitment of Nagaland University’s Women Technological Park – Incubation Hub towards fostering technological advancement and economic growth in the region,” a press statement from Ashish Kumar, PRO In-Charge & Hindi Officer, NU stated.
Kumar informed that the newly constructed Toti-la Marketing Shed serves as a platform to showcase the ingenuity and creativity of budding entrepreneurs, providing them with an avenue to exhibit their innovative products and services.
The Sales Day accompanying the inauguration was an engaging experience, allowing attendees to explore a diverse range of offerings, from cutting-edge technological solutions to traditional crafts unique to the region, the release added. The Toti-La Marketing Shed cum Sales Day offered a platform for budding entrepreneurs and farmers to showcase and sell their products.
It was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Prof Jagadish Kumar Patnaik as the Chief Guest. “It’s impressive to note the contributions made by Dr Abemo, Registrar, and members of the committee such as Prof Upasana, Dr Neizanho, Mrs Angunuo Kheiya, and Mrs Himatoli. Their efforts have undoubtedly played a vital role in the successful completion of this program,” it added.
