The Tourism Department has issued a clarification regarding a publication on “Nagaland tourism” that has recently gone viral online.

The department confirmed that it had no involvement in the creation, publication, or distribution of the booklet, which has been circulating widely. In a statement, the Tourism Department emphasized that any claims or impressions suggesting the publication was either endorsed by or associated with the department are entirely false.
Further concerns were raised regarding the unauthorized use of logos, photographs, and content in the publication. The department clarified that all materials featured in the booklet were used without permission or approval.
The Tourism Department has urged the public to verify information through its official channels and to disregard any materials that have not been directly released by the department. The statement also mentioned that appropriate actions are being taken to address the unauthorized use of the department’s intellectual property.
The Tourism Department thanked the public for their understanding and continued support.
