Imchaien Pongen, who personifies herself as a simple yet business minded lady began her YouTube journey in February 14, 2020. Her contents mostly include her cooking videos along with the trips she takes from time to time.
Speaking about what inspired her to become a Youtuber, she said that it was her friends that came forward with great compliments about her cooking skills and encouraged her to try joining the YouTube community.She is also often seen working t
ogether with the hilarious duo, Lambu and Skinny which she takes as her ‘childhood dream coming true’.“Although I was shy and awkward to be in front of the camera at first, I’ve always wanted to feature in such acts. Lambu and Skinny really helped me to overcome the shyness in me and motivated me,” she said.
On asking if she thinks social media can now give people a career, she observed that hard work and humbleness is the key to become successful in social media. She is also of the view that social media should be used to motivate and impact people’s life.
Talking about her favorite work she has ever done, she said ‘My First Kiss (Valentine Special)’ with Lambu and skinny was her favorite and calls it her ‘WOW!’ moment.
Imchaien Pongen is a resident of Tzüsapang Sector and a native of Mokokchung village. Her hobbies include cooking, travelling, going on adventures. She is also very hospitable and in her words, “And yes, once you get to know me, I am very jolly,” she adds.
