Rita Luho
Mokokchung, October 1 (MTNews): The officers and staff of Urban Development bade farewell to its retiring Director, S. Takutuba Aier, and Registrar, Rita Luho on 30th September 2022.
The outgoing Director, S. Takutuba Aier, in his farewell speech, said he entered into service in the year 1988 and served the Department in various capacities, and recalled the difficulties and problems they faced in those days that hindered them to perform their duties.
But, with the change of time and with the recruitment of young officers and with more manpower in the department, he expressed optimism of better service delivery for the welfare of the people.
Along with him, retiring Registrar, Rita Luho said she joined the service in 1987 and recalled that in her 35 years of service, she has grown so much due to the encouragement, love, and guidance she received from her colleagues both young and old. She also called upon the officers and staff to continue being sincere, and supportive and take the department to greater heights.
Advisor, Urban Development and Municipal Affairs, Dr. Neikiesalie Kire and Principal Secretary, Urban Development and Municipal Affairs, I. Himato Zhimomi also spoke at the farewell program.
