Mokokchung, August 2 (MTNews): The village councils of Waromong, Dibuia, Mongchen and Khar along with the Adhoc Town Committee of Alongkima have jointly written to the chief minister of Nagaland declaring their support and endorsement to the stance made by Ao Senden on realignment of NH-702D and have requested the chief minister to implement ‘Option 4’ as soon as possible.
While appreciating the government for the proposal to realign NH-702D, the petitioners mentioned that Option 4 of the five options given by the Department of Works and Housing for the realignment of NH-702D is found to be “the best preference as it is shorter by 10km.”
