The Vihutsumia Youth Organisation (VYO) today organised a felicitation programme for Rokuokehie Khawakhrie, bronze medalist at the recent UWW Asian Belt Wrestling Alysh Championship 2025 held in New Delhi.
The event took place at Kudagei, Vihutsu Khel, Mezoma village in Kohima district. Neivikuolie Khatsü, Assistant Secretary General of the Nagaland Olympic Association (NOA) and executive member of the Wrestling Federation of India, addressed the gathering.
Rokuokehie Khawakhrie thanked everyone for their support and prayers towards his success.
The programme was chaired by VYO advisor Kevisetuo Rhitso, while Rev. Dr. Acalie Miasalhou invoked God’s blessings.
Rokovi Khawakhrie presented a special performance.
The vote of thanks was proposed by VMK secretary Megokhrielie Khawakhrie.
