Mokokchung, 30 October (MTNews): The First Friendship Futsal Championship, which kicked off on 19 October 2023 concluded with Wasang FC emerging as the champions. They secured the title by defeating Revenant FC with a convincing score of 6-1 in the final match played on 30 October at the Mojabi Turf in Salangtem Ward, Mokokchung.
The Friendship Futsal Championship was organized with the aim of strengthening bonds among participants, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and instilling a love for the game of futsal in the younger generation.
The victorious Wasang FC was rewarded with cash prizes, certificates, and a well-deserved trophy.
