Mokokchung, June 24 (MTNews): Watsü Mungdang held a sensitization program on Friday with all its units for database collection of all Ao women residing outside of Nagaland, both working and non-working.

 

 

For the safety of young women, the Watsü Mungdang of all the units from every town and village was assigned to maintain a proper record of all females that go outside of Nagaland for studies or in search of jobs.

 

The program was chaired by Watsü Mungdang president S Arenla Longkumer. Advocate Mapujungla spoke on legal rights of women, while T Arenla Longkumer spoke on “Women’s Safety.”

 

Short speeches were delivered by Asola Ozukum, Vice President and Moatola, AGS Watsü Mungdang. Introduction was done by Sungtiriben GS Watsü Mungdang.
