Mokokchung, 15 February (MTNews): In response to the Chief Engineer PWD NH Division’s request, the contractor firm TTC Infra India has expressed their willingness to withhold their intent to terminate the contract and resume work. This pertains to the work “Widening of existing single/intermediate lane to 2 lane road from Km 72.4 to Km 83.00 on NH-61 in the state of Nagaland” in Wokha.

“Therefore, without prejudice to our rights and remedies for claiming compensation as per the terms of contract, with the presumption of full support and cooperation for in execution and completion of balance work without any hindrance from any quarter at the site, the work will be resumed at the earliest possible,” the firm TTC Infra India wrote.
