Patton in his speech remembered Lt. Bishop Abraham as someone who spent his entire life in the service of God and his faithful people.
“He has served the Lord in different capacities all over the country during his lifetime and has carried out countless activities of soul saving and strengthening the spiritual faith of the people in general and the Catholic believers in particular,” he said.

“This event becomes a greater tribute to him as this year marks the 25th year of Bishop Abraham’s birthday in heaven as he departed this world in 1977,” he added.
Rev. Fr. Dr. C. S. Francis challenged the youngsters to take this occasion and live their vocation and let the catholic communities be a blessing for everyone around them. During the program, 16 catholic youth achievers who recently cleared NPSC were felicitated.
