Kohima, 5 November (MTNews): The 10th Kohima Open Volleyball Tournament 2023 (Men & Women) will be held from November 27 to 30 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima under the theme, “Transcending through sports.” The tournament is organized by the Department of Youth Resources & Sports, Nagaland in collaboration with Kohima District Volleyball Association.
The champions in men’s category will be awarded with a cash prize of Rs 80,000 while runner up will receive Rs 50,000.Semifinalists will receive Rs 15,000 each. The best spiker and setter will pocket Rs 5000 each. The champions in women’s category will be awarded with a cash prize of Rs 50,000 while runners-up will get Rs 30,000. Semifinalists will get Rs 10,000 each. The best spiker and setter will pocket Rs 5000 each.
Registration forms will be made available at Sports World, main town, Kohima; Northern Sports, Sepfuzou; and G- Sports, PR Hill, Kohima.
