The 30th death anniversary of Zashei Huire (1971–1996), former president of the Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN), will be observed on May 9 at 11 am at GHS Auditorium, Phek Village.
The programme is being organised by Phek Village Council.
A session on “Legacy of Zashei Huire” will be presented by Shevohu Keyho.
Kuzholuzo Nienu will attend as the speaker, while short speeches will be delivered by Vezuhu Keyho, president of Chakhesang Public Organization; Wepelo Mebou, president of Phek Area Public Organization; Sano Vamuzo; and Bino Kenye.
The programme will be chaired by Niesucho Keyho, while the welcome address will be delivered by Thupuve Vero.
