Mokokchung, 28 January (MTNews): Get ready for the adrenaline-packed spectacle as the much-anticipated 7th AMAM AutoX & Up Hill Climb gears up to take over the Süngratsü Sports Complex and Merakum Tzüin Resort on Yimchalu Road in Mokokchung from January 30th to 31st, 2024.

Organized by the Adventure and Motorsport Association Mokokchung (AMAM), this flagship event promises high-octane action and heart-pounding excitement. Toshimongla Kichu, Project Director DRDA Mokokchung, will flag off the AutoX as the special guest on January 30th at Sungratsu Sports Complex, while Imtikumzuk Imsong, President BJP YUVA Mokokchung district, will grace the closing ceremony on January 31st.

Participants from across Nagaland, including Kohima, Dimapur, Mokokchung, and other Northeast States, will converge to showcase their motorsport talents in this unique racing experience.
The competition features Autocross at Sungratsu Sports Complex and Up Hill Climb at Merakum Tzuin Resort, keeping both racers and spectators on the edge of their seats.

The 7th AMAM AutoX & Up Hill Climb features three categories: Below 1300 cc, SUV, and an open category, with a substantial prize pool of up to Rs 3.2 lakhs, elevating the stakes and motivating racers to deliver their best performance.

Notably, the 7th AMAM AutoX & Up Hill Climb also serves as Round Four of the Northeast Championship round, determining the finest racer in the region based on their performance across various motorsport events.

As engines rev up and rubber meets the road, this event is set to be a celebration of speed, skill, and the enduring spirit of motorsport in Nagaland.
