A consultative meeting on border issues under Mangkolemba Sub-Division was held at Tourist Lodge Dimapur on Saturday, August 27.
Nagaland Minister Temjen Imna Along in a tweet said that potential solutions to the problems relating to the border disputes between Assam and Nagaland were discussed in the meeting. He further went on to thank all the dignitaries for their constructive suggestions and inputs.
The meeting was attended by Border Affairs Advisor, Mathung Yanthan, ADC Mangkolemba Lankosen Tsanglao, Joint Director Border Affairs, SDPO Mangkolemba and EAC Longchem, Administrative Officials of Mangkolemba, and Council members from 13 villages of Japukong and Tzurangkong range bordering Nagaland-Assam.
