Wokha, 9 June (MTNews): A felicitation program was held on 9 June 2023 at the office chamber of the Superintendent of Police, Wokha to celebrate the success of the HSLC Candidates from Regimental School DEF in Wokha.
SP Wokha, Aotula T Imchen IPS, congratulated the students and encouraged them to strive for personal growth on a daily basis. She emphasized the abundance of opportunities in today’s world and urged them to work hard to achieve their goals. The young officer also highlighted the harmful effects of drugs and tobacco products on young minds, urging everyone to stay away from such vices.
K Soriso NPS, Addl SP Wokha and Chairman of the School Governing Body, expressed gratitude to everyone for their relentless efforts and congratulated all the successful candidates. In his brief address, he emphasized the importance of time utilization and spoke about the three ‘F’s, ‘H’s, and ‘S’s.
Representing the successful candidates, Bijano R Ngullie, who achieved distinction in English and Social Studies, delivered a speech.
The program was attended by all successful candidates and their parents, students of Class IX & X and all Teaching staff of the school. The school produced a 100% pass percentage for the third consecutive year.
