Passionate about baking, the bakery started in 2020 when the duo were cooped up inside their homes due to the pandemic. What started as a way to amuse themselves changed when their horizons widened and they were able to make their way into the ever expanding world of possibilities. Today, ‘Blissful Bites’ has found its way into the hearts and homes of many.
Talking to Mokokchung Times, Supong shared that through the brand name Blissful Bites, they want to portray how they provide “a little bliss in every bite.” Involved in baking cakes, cupcakes, pastries, cookies and bread, the duo aims to satisfy the cravings of every sweet-tooth in Mokokchung.
Apok says that, over the course of their production, seeing people’s joy as they take home their goodies to be shared and enjoyed with loved ones has always brought happiness and purpose to her life.
“We are passionate about baking. Being bold and creative has always been our standout point as we don’t settle for monotony,” the duo would add.
“Our inspirations come from our imagination and travels,” they say. The duo say that they travel and try various desserts and incorporate their findings into their baking to provide customer satisfaction and bring variety to their menu.
The home bakers intend to establish themselves in the market as a reliable, affordable and accommodating brand. The duo are also grateful for the immense support they receive from their parents and customers.
