Mangkolemba, 13 August (MTNews): An event under the Meri Maati Mera Desh campaign was held at the ADC office in Mangkolemba on 12 August. The program was inaugurated by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Mangkolemba, T Langkosen Tsanglao, in the presence of HoDs, Mangkolemba Town Ward Council authorities, students, CSOs, ex-servicemen, and uniformed personnel stationed at Mangkolemba.

As part of the Veeron Ka Vardhan exercise, certificates of appreciation were presented to the Ex-Servicemen Union Mangkolemba; E Coy 2nd NAP Tsutapela; F Coy 9th NAP(IR) Mangkolemba; and SDPO Estt. Mangkolemba, DEF Mokokchung.

 

The National Flag was hoisted by ADC Mangkolemba, T Langkosen, and the Panch Pran pledge was led by SDO Civil, Hotolu Sema NCS. Alongside the ADC office complex, saplings were also planted at various office compounds within Mangkolemba.

 

Simultaneously, the Meri Maati Mera Desh campaign was conducted in Mangkolemba on 12 August. Accompanied by a brief discourse on the significance of the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Panch Pran pledge was led by EAC Longchem, Orenthung Kikon NCS, in the presence of ADC and Administrator of Mangkolemba Town Council. This event included officials from various departments, Town Council staff, Ward council authorities, and students.
