In response to the inconvenience caused by unregulated vehicle movements through the hospital campus of Dr Imkongliba Memorial District Hospital (IMDH), Mokokchung, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Mokokchung has issued new regulations to address the issue.
The DC has announced that the movement of general traffic along the existing route, starting from the TB Hospital Road junction via OPD, IMDH, has been restricted at all hours. Vehicles belonging to IMDH officials, staff, and patients have been exempted from this restriction.
The general public has been directed to use an alternative route or traffic diversion that bypasses IMDH, specifically via Chang Baptist Church, Mokokchung.
This regulation has been put into effect immediately and will continue until further notice.
