Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji, has announced that JKM Infra Work LLP, located at Ivory Enclave, 1st Floor, RGB Road, Guwahati-12, Assam, has received permission to conduct blasting operations for road widening. The work will take place at the construction site of the two-lane road between D.E.F Police Church and Yisemyong along NH 61 (New NH 02) in the Angetyong Tzu River area.
The blasting is scheduled for September 22, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. DC Phoji emphasized that the contractor is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the public using the road during this period.
In addition, the company must adhere to all relevant regulations outlined in the Explosives Act and Rules of 2008. JKM Infra Work LLP will also bear responsibility for any damage to life or property resulting from the operations.
