Kelhoukhrietuo Nagi, a research scholar from the Department of Management, Nagaland University, won the Best Paper Presenter award at the International Conference on “Reimagining Business Management: Innovation, Inclusion and Indian Knowledge Systems.” The conference was jointly organised by the North Eastern Management Association and Tripura University and held from July 4 to 5, 2025.


Nagi presented a research paper titled “Assessing the Influence of Psychological Capital on Agripreneurial Intention among Business Students in Nagaland.” The study, which delves into the role of positive psychological traits in motivating entrepreneurial aspirations in the agricultural sector, was co-authored with his PhD supervisor, Dr. Dhrubajyoti Bordoloi, Assistant Professor in the Department.

A five-member team of research scholars from the Department of Management at Nagaland University also participated in the conference, accompanied by the Head of Department, Prof. Khundrakpam Devananda Singh, and Dr. Bordoloi. Their presence underlined the university’s growing academic footprint in the management research domain.
