A stunning cross from Kakhevi helped Pursunep net the goal with a header in the 40th minute for Dimapur making them the first team to book a berth in the final. Yes! Dimapur is in the final!

Peren did not give up till the last minute but struggled to penetrate through Dimapur’s back four.

Supported by a strong defense, Dimapur goalkeeper Homuka is yet to concede a goal as he continues with his decent performance throughout the tournament, making him one the best goalkeepers in the tournament. However, Dimapur’s greatest strength lies in their wingers who just display phenomenal game match after match.

Khiuwangbo Kaurintah carried the Peren side and created some decent chances but his excellence was not enough against a deft and smart Kakhevi-Pursunep duo whose combination has been at their finest since the start of this tournament.

Zhimo and Toka did not have their best game today and fans expect that they will deliver better in the final.
