Today, as hundreds of dedicated educators rise in peaceful protest against systemic injustices and long-standing disparities, we stand firmly beside them—with respect, admiration, and unwavering support.

These teachers, who have served with integrity and commitment under the RMSA framework, have endured years of uncertainty, unequal treatment, and broken promises. Despite performing the same duties as their counterparts, they have been denied rightful pay, recognition, and security. The recent court judgments have affirmed what we have always known: their demands are just, their voices deserve to be heard, and their dignity must be upheld.

We salute their courage in choosing the path of non-violence and collective action. Their agitation is not just a call for justice—it is a call for accountability, fairness, and respect for the teaching profession.

To every teacher taking part in this movement: you are not alone. We are with you in spirit, in voice, and in prayer. May your peaceful struggle bear fruit, may your message echo across the corridors of power, and may justice prevail.

We stand in solidarity. We pray for strength and resolution. We believe in your cause.

With respect and hope.
