Dr Rumi Dhar, Assistant Professor in the Department of Law at Nagaland University, has received the Best Paper Presentation award at the 1st Asia Pacific Conference on Engineering, Education, Social Science and Humanities (APCEESH 2025), held in Bangkok, Thailand, from December 15 to 16, 2025.
Dr Dhar’s research paper titled “Regulation of Transborder Data Flows under Data Protection and Privacy Law: Past, Present and Future,” co authored with Sonia Nath, was selected for the award from among international participants.
The recognition highlights the academic contribution of the authors and reflects their commitment to advancing legal research and scholarly discourse at the international level.
