Nagaland is witnessing a new chapter in sports development with the rise of Khrietseizo Khezhie, one of the few professionally trained Sports Performance Analysts from the state. Armed with a Master’s degree in Sports Technology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Performance Analysis from NSNIS, and a Strength and Conditioning certification from ASCA (Australia), Khezhie is bridging the critical gap between performance data and athlete development.

His expertise has already made an impact at prestigious events such as the Dr. T. Ao Junior Girls National Football Championship (2025-26), the 9th Captain Kenguruse MVC Memorial Football Tournament (2025), and the 30th Nagaland Wrestling Association Championship (2026). By combining evidence-based strength and conditioning programs with cutting-edge performance analysis, he has worked closely with state and national-level athletes to foster long-term growth and excellence.
Beyond his professional credentials, Khezhie brings the perspective of a competitor himself—having represented Nagaland at the 71st Senior National Basketball Championship (2022) and winning a silver medal in Discus Throw at the North East Games (2016). His journey reflects resilience, discipline, and a deep commitment to uplifting sports in Nagaland.
