The Women Entrepreneurs Network Nagaland (WENN), in collaboration with the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), conducted a one-day capacity building workshop for aspiring and existing women entrepreneurs on March 13 at the MTBA Conference Hall in Mokokchung town.

The workshop aimed to enhance the knowledge and entrepreneurial skills of women by focusing on key areas such as product improvement, pricing, packaging, marketing, accounting, and documentation. The programme also sought to help entrepreneurs improve their competitiveness in both local and wider markets.
Resource persons for the workshop included Rongsenmongla Jamir, founder of Mixpick Enterprise Nagaland, who spoke on pricing, packaging, and marketing; Nengneithem Hengna, founder of Runway Nagaland, who led the session on enterprise and product development; and Alemjungla Jamir, founder of Naga Bowl Express, who conducted the session on accounting and documentation.
The sessions were interactive and provided participants with practical insights on strengthening their businesses. The workshop also served as a platform for networking and for sharing experiences among women entrepreneurs.
