“Bout Lords Nagaland” organized a thanksgiving program on March 20 for its three members, Kezhaseluo-o Pienyü, Menuosetuo Yiese and Vizakietuo Suohu, for securing champion, runner-up and pre-quarter finalist positions respectively at the recently concluded 30th NWA Meet 2026.
The program was held at Teiso Orange Orchard, Kohima.
Vimhalie Pienyü, KMC Councillor, and Khriesazo Liezietsu, President of the Northern Angami Youth Organization and also the club’s director, exhorted the gathering.
Kezhaseluo-o Pienyü spoke on behalf of the wrestlers.
An incentive of Rs 50,000 each was given to the three wrestlers.
Further, an amount of Rs 1 lakh was given to Kezhalelie Keretsü for being the “Best Coach,” sponsored by Teisongulie Dzüvichü.
Earlier, the program was chaired by Neisavotuo Whuorie, Vice-President of the Angami Sports Association (ASA).
