Don Bosco College Kohima on Monday launched its annual event, Euphoria Phase 2 (11th edition, 2025–26), under the theme “Beyond the Finish Line,” with Manoj Kumar Sankhyann, Commandant, 13th Assam Rifles, as the chief guest.

Sankhyann highlighted the importance of such events in promoting academic excellence alongside character development through sports and cultural activities, stating that they help instil discipline, confidence, and responsibility among students.
Fr Dr Tious Varghese, in his welcome address, thanked the chief guest, faculty, and students, and said the theme reflects resilience and perseverance in the face of challenges.
The Euphoria Mister and Miss Pageant, along with a concert featuring state artists, will be held on April 1, 2026. Performers include Polar Lights, Moko Koza, Sentien Kichu, VK Khusoh, Shau Evans, Koko Savino, Kekhrie Ringa (The Boho Singer), and Psyche Vision.
The inaugural programme, chaired by Kiekie Liegise, featured a musical performance by Leshine Lydia, the college anthem, a torch-lighting ceremony, and an oath-taking led by Tobovi Kiho, Games and Sports Secretary, DBCKSF.
The event highlights academic excellence, cultural vibrancy, and the holistic development of students.
