A felicitation programme for the successful students of the Class 10 HSLC Examination 2026 was held at PM SHRI Government High School Yangphi on April 29.
The programme was chaired by Akhumla (G/T) and began with an invocation by Liopi Thong. M.T. Throngmusu, Senior G/T, delivered the welcome address, warmly greeting the gathering and congratulating the students on their achievement. Words of encouragement were shared by Ma’am Mhono, Class Teacher, who motivated the students to continue their journey with dedication and hard work.
The felicitation segment was led by Lutoli, SMDC Member, and Lipiri, AHM, during which the successful Class 10 students were honoured for their performance in the HSLC Examination.
During the programme, Lutoli Sangtam, former teacher and SMDC member, fulfilled her earlier promise made during last year’s Cultural Day by awarding Rs 10,000 to the student securing the highest marks among those who achieved First Division. This year, two students, Yanglitsala and Tsuvenlin, secured First Division. Among them, Tsuvenlin, who obtained the highest marks, received the cash award. In addition, a small token of appreciation was presented to all students who passed the examination from the school.
The programme concluded with a benediction by Tsitongse, SMDC Member.
The school extended heartfelt congratulations to all the successful students and wished them the very best in their future endeavours.
