In a first for Mokokchung, Jubilee Memorial School conducted a 15-hour “Arduino Summer Bootcamp” over three days from June 29 to July 3.

A total of 29 students from Classes 8 to 11 participated in the intensive training programme, gaining hands-on experience in C++ programming, circuit prototyping and sensor integration using Arduino.

The bootcamp concluded with a live project showcase on Friday, during which students demonstrated their projects to parents and teachers.

Projects developed by the students included a Servo Security Gate, Combination Lock, Sound-Reactive Light Show, Intruder Alarm, Tone Piano and Soil Moisture Sensor.

The participants were also presented certificates in recognition of their successful completion of the bootcamp and project presentations.
