The Naga People’s Front (NPF) Central Youth Wing, in collaboration with the Chümoukedima NPF Youth Wing Division, conducted the state-level grand finale of the One Nagaland Run 5K under the slogan “Running Together, Growing Together” at the Regional Centre for Sporting Excellence, Sovima, Chümoukedima district, on August 22.

The state grand finale witnessed enthusiastic participation from 200 athletes in the open category, comprising both men and women.

Abu Metha, Advisor to the Chief Minister of Nagaland and Chairman of the Investments and Development Authority of Nagaland (IDAN), graced the event as the special guest.

The NPF Central Youth Wing congratulated all the winners and expressed appreciation to the participants for their performance, enthusiasm and sporting spirit.

According to the NPF Central Youth Wing, the successful completion of the One Nagaland Run 5K across the state demonstrated the power of sports in bringing people together, promoting healthy living and inspiring young people towards a more active and united Nagaland.
