The Police Baptist Church Mon Youth Ministry organised a three-day youth camp under the theme “Undaunted” from October 16 to 18 at KBBB, bringing together 85 young people for sessions on faith, personal responsibility and Christian living.

Mon youth camp promotes digital fasting amid push
for spiritual growth

One of the highlights of the camp was the observance of digital fasting, during which participants set aside their digital devices to devote more time to prayer, fellowship and spiritual growth. The initiative also encouraged reflection on the influence of technology and the need to make space for spiritual life amid everyday distractions.

Based on Joshua 1:9, the theme “Undaunted” guided the programme, which aimed to strengthen participants’ faith and fellowship and encourage them to apply Christian values in their daily lives.

Youth leaders from four outpost fellowships – Tobu, Tizit, Naginimora and Aboi – also attended the camp.

The sessions were led by Dr T Chujang Aier, President of IEF Mokokchung, and Tsenbemo R Ngullie, Youth Secretary of NPBCA. Topics included “From Endless Scroll to Eternal Soul,” “Financial Stewardship,” “Line in the Sand,” and “Vision Casting and Exploring Some Strategies.”

The sessions encouraged participants to reflect on their relationship with God, make responsible choices and consider practical ways to live out their faith.

Noklem Konyak served as Camp Director, with Daniel T Konyak as Assistant Camp Director.

The organisers expressed gratitude to all those who contributed to the camp, attributing its successful conduct to their support and giving glory to God for the opportunity to gather, learn and grow together.
