The Clark Centre for Peace Research and Action (CCPRA), CTC, organised an Eco-Peace Drive in Mokokchung, bringing together students of BD III and BD IV, faculty members and staff to promote environmental awareness and community responsibility.

The drive covered the route from Tongdentsuyong Ward to Imkongmeren Sports Complex, highlighting the importance of protecting shared spaces and contributing to a cleaner environment.
According to the organisers, the initiative reflected a broader understanding of peace that connects environmental care with community cooperation and social harmony.
The drive also provided an opportunity for students and staff to engage with the wider town community beyond the classroom, encouraging collective action for the common good.
CCPRA emphasised that peace extends beyond the absence of conflict and is also reflected in respect for people, care for the environment and shared responsibility towards the community.
Through the initiative, the centre reaffirmed its commitment to promoting environmental consciousness and strengthening a culture of peace in Mokokchung.
