Mokokchung, July 20 (MTNews): Nagaland Minister of Housing and Mechanical, Tongpang Ozukum has donated medical equipment to thirteen healthcare institutions in Mokokchung District.
A total of 13 Oxygen Concentrators, 4 BiPAP 160 and 10 AirMini AutoSet will be distributed to the healthcare institutions – Chuchu Town PHC, Salulamang Sub-Center, Yaongyimti Sub-Center, Phangsang PHC, Chakpa Sub-Center, Longkong H&W Center, Longmisa H&W Center, Mongsenyimti PHC, Yisemyong Sub-Center, Süngkomen Sub-Center, Alempang Sub-Center, Ungma PHC and Mangmetong PHC.
On Wednesday, four healthcare institutions – Yaongyimti Sub-Center, Phangsang PHC, Longkong H&W Center and Chakpa Sub-Center received the medical equipment through associates of the Minister.
Representatives of NDPP 24th Angetyongpang A/C who are in-charge of distributing the medical equipment said that the rest of the healthcare institutions will also be receiving the aid by this week. They further mentioned that the healthcare institutions receiving the equipment today expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the minister for providing the said equipment which according to them would be immensely helpful in providing citizens valuable treatment.
