“We will be contesting in the ensuing state Assembly election. We are looking for good candidates and welcome those who are like-minded to our ideology to contest in the election,” Sharma said.

Reminding how Aam Aadmi Party began by fighting against corruption, Sharma said, “Deep rooted corruptions of Nagaland are very scary. We can see the poor road condition and poor health-care system. We need to change this. The right time has come when the people of Nagaland must rise and vote for good governance, vote for honest politics and vote for overall development of the state.”

Stating that they are an open-minded party, Sharma said they are expecting “lots of people to join our party.”
